MY PERSONAL REVIEW & RESULTS

After tearing my Achilles in my right foot earlier this year, I was pretty much out of commission as far as exercising goes for a little over 6 months. As you can see from the initial picture on the bottom left, I was pretty much out of shape. Although my weight stayed around 205lbs which is normal my body had definitely changed shape. Being involved in the boxing and fitness industry for the past 20 + years I knew I needed to get back in shape once my injury was healed but I wanted to do it faster than traditional diet and exercise ways. I conducted extensive research and also read a book by award winning author Tim Ferris called the 4 Hour Body and found that the linear way of training and losing weight that I had believed in for so many years was actually flawed. So I found a way to incorporate the boxing mittwork that my wife and I do for other clients and coaches and combine it with a unique way of eating that was non intrusive to my regular eating habits and also added a specific exercise element that dramatically improved muscle growth and fat loss over a 29 day period for me.
